BARON UPDATE

Doesn’t he look so much better! Thankfully Baron has recently returned home to his FFN foster home after spending eight days in intensive care at a Veterinary Hospital. Even though he has been treated badly by humans, he still loves them with all his heart. Baron sends his love, kisses and a big thank you to everyone that has helped save his life.

Baron is currently on antibiotics to treat infection; and his foster mom gives him a special bath every night where by his scabs are rubbed off and then a special cream is applied to heal his skin. What a trooper he is! He never cries or even flinches. After Baron’s wound is healed, he will be neutered and ready for his new forever family to adopt him. At this year’s Strikes for Strays Bowling Event, another FFN volunteer, 7 year old Grace Daley, “Bowled for Baron.” Your generous donations totaled up to more than $1,500 to pay for the Baron’s medical care and to refresh the FFN Hope Fund.
