It is with a very heavy heart that I tell you that Beulah Ruth is no longer with us in at least in the physical sense. She will always be in our hearts and minds because she was such a fun-loving, faithful companion. As many of you know, she had a rough couple of months, if not years, struggling with her back end. Steve and I decided yesterday, in consultation with Dr. Do, that it was time for her struggling to end.

Although we miss her something awful, we are at peace with our decision knowing that she did not suffer needlessly. And, while she posed as a devil in disguise on her last calendar, we know that she is in doggy heaven once again able to chase her Red Ball and Kong on a Rope.
