We have highlighted many aspects of animal rescue at our events over the years; and for SFS 2012 we are celebrating the ultimate goal of the animal rescue process - finding loving forever homes for animals in need.  There are a multitude of factors and tons of hard work involved in the animal adoption process.  Underneath this process is a unique story to be told about each and every one of the dogs and cats helped by Furry Friends Network since 2001.

Please join us in the celebration as we extend an invitation to everyone to enter our "Bowl 'Em Home" contest.  If there is a particular animal who has especially touched your heart or that of his/her adoptive family, please share your story and picture with us in conjunction with our 9th Annual Strikes for Strays Bowlathon and Valentine's Day 2012.

A $5.00 donation per entry is requested.  Entries will be accepted through Wednesday, February 22, 2012.  Voting will take place through February 26, 2012 with a $1.00 donation per vote to distinguish the winning story.  The entry raising the most donations will win a custom pet basket.  Our winner will be announced at Strikes for Strays 2012 on Sunday, February 26, 2012.

Sophia's Story and The Tale of Two Tasha's are two great stories written by our foster parents during Strikes for Strays 2012 preparations.

Enter the SFS 2012 BOWL 'EM HOME contest by sending your story and photograph(s) not later than February 22, 2012. 

Voting will take place through February 26, 2012 to determine the most popular submission, with the winning story announced at Strikes for Strays on February 26, 2012.  The story raising the most donations will receive a custom pet basket.

TO ENTER:

2. Provide a $5 donation for each entry submitted.  Multiple entries per individual are welcome.  Make checks payable to “Furry Friends Network.”  (Winners will be notified by email or phone if not attending Strikes for Strays.)
